| In considering the habitat environments of fish、 it is imperative to understand the habitat-related characteristics、 such as those of riffles、 pools and spawning beds、 that are needed for spawning、 feeding、 traveling and resting.This study aims to develop river technology toward harmony between flood control and the environment、 by systematizing and quantifying the topographic and hydraulic conditions of habitat environments. To clarify the habitat characteristics of the Toyohira、 an urban river、 we compared it with the Satsunai、 a river that is similar in scale and gradient but is closer to natural state、 and with the Gunbetsu、 a small mountain stream. The comparison served as a basis for the quantitative classification of habitats in fast-flowing rivers.魚類の生息環境を考えるうえで，魚類の産卵，採餌，移動，休憩などに必要な場つまり瀬や淵，産卵床といったハビタットの特徴を把握することが重要である． 本研究では生息環境（ハビタット）の地形的条件，水理的条件の特徴を整理し，定量化することにより，治水と環境を調和させる河川技術の開発を目指すものである．特に北海道の札幌を流れる都市河川・豊平川におけるハビタットの特徴を明確にするため，豊平川と類似した規模や勾配を持ちつつも，自然状態に近い札内川や小渓流の群別川との比較を行い，急流河川におけるハビタットの定量的区分を行った． |
