| A sandwich “half-prefabricated” steel-concrete composite slab has been developed for practical application as a lightweight，high-strength，highly durable and economical bridge slab. This paper reports some of the test results concerning its durability and load bearing capacity and describes the structures of its components and the construciton method. |
